I created on program . How to convert this application in .exe format.

It automatically comes with your computer. All you need to do is change the extension to ".exe" Search your .exe program in the Windows search, and click on it, or drag it to the desktop.
That is not how executables work.
Could you please elaborate the problem you are trying to solve?
