There is a link to Download Caché just in the INTERSYSTEMS RESOURCES panel on the right side of every page on Developer Community.
I do suggest also to try not only Caché but our new InterSystems IRIS Data Platform: IRIS Sandbox, IRIS on Google Cloud.
