2024.3 FHIR Highlight - New Supported FHIR Search Modifiers and Search Result Parameter

The InterSystems IRIS for Health v2024.3 is already availableas a Developer Preview for some time, and I wanted to highlight new support related to FHIR Search that was introduced.

There are two Modifiers whose support has been added -

• not
• missing

These would allow you more flexible, sophisticated and richer search queries.

And a Search Results Parameter -

• _maxresults

This will allow you more compact results (and potentially more efficient).
