Not able to connect Cache DB using Oracle DB link (cache version 2017.1.1.111.0 64 bit

I am trying connect DB using Oracle DB link (ODBC).  I am getting the following error. Please help me fixing this error.

I am using Oracle 12 c.

SQL Error 417 = Security Error

You should check your access rights inside 
- Windows
- Caché

Hi Raj
I have been working with the Oracle gateway that I assume which you are using here.
Please verify if the Oracle user for Windows has rights to access the Cache ODBC config files. ( i am not sure where they reside on Windows since we are on Linux)
