Yes, I did verify by doing an @@version in SSMS.

I was able to figure it out though! For anyone else that comes upon an issue like this, it was a Namespace mapping issue on my end so I hope it helps.

Thank you Jeffrey! This is most likely the cause since I can manually so a SFTP command enforcing their preferred cipher suite.

With this being said, I'm assuming there is not an option in an Ensemble production to enforce a certain type of cypher suite?

There definitely does seem to be one! I went ahead and set the parameters in the Method and changed my test system to match my production system. Thank you guys so much!
