Hi Scott,

I'm not aware of anything out of the box that will do that. However, you can create your own custom function that will compare your Go Live date to the current date. Add that function as a condition to the rule in question. After the Go Live, you can probably remove it. But there should be no harm if left until the next Go Live and change it.
