Duplicate tags
There are two tags with the same name "Web Services"
The same problem for tags: REST Services, Delegated and Monitoring.

Yep, it's because of the hierarchical design of the tags dropdown, which is a bad idea in general.

This gives us two tags:
- https://community.intersystems.com/tags/web-services
- https://community.intersystems.com/tags/web-services-0
The preferred usage for this would be to tag a post with both tags to provide the necessary context.
Interoperability Web Services
or
Web Development Web Services
But it should be a single Web Services tag.
Yes, and cloud of tags, does not show that hierarchy. And when I search needed tag by typing while create new post, too.
So, hierarchy here looks useless.
