For Help Caché on windows useing SNMP
Hello InterSystems Community Members,
I hope you are all doing well. I am currently facing an issue while trying to set up the SNMP subagent functionality for my InterSystems Cache installation.
I am using InterSystems Cache for Windows (AMD64) version 5.2.4 (Build 809_0_9006U). The SNMP subagent functionality requires the iscsnmp.dll dynamic library, which I have been unable to locate in my installation directory.
I have checked my installation directory thoroughly, typically located at C:\InterSystems\Cache, and its subdirectories, but I couldn't find the iscsnmp.dll file.
As the iscsnmp.dll is crucial for enabling SNMP subagent support, I kindly request the assistance of the community in providing me with the compatible iscsnmp.dll file for my version of InterSystems Cache (5.2.4).
Having access to this library will greatly help me configure and utilize the SNMP subagent feature effectively. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
If anyone in the community has this file or knows where I can obtain it, please share the information with me. Your help will be invaluable.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Best regards,

Hi Shen Jun,
If you installed Caché on Windows before installing the Windows SNMP service. You need to register the DLL in Caché. Open the Terminal and type:
%SYS> set status=$$Register^SNMP()
Then restart the Windows SNMP service and start the Caché SNMP service.
