How to Change Login Email Address?

Hello Community,

I’d like to know how I can update my login email address from the profile section.

When I click the "Edit" option in my profile, it redirects me to login.intersystems.com. However, even on that page, I don’t see an option to edit the login email address. [unable to edit]

Could someone please guide me on how to change my login email?

Thanks in advance!

To change your InterSystems login email address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://login.intersystems.com and log in with your credentials.
  2. In the profile options, navigate to “Options > Change Email.”
  3. Update your email address as required [1].

If you face any issues while updating your login email, you can contact InterSystems support at Support@InterSystems.com. Include details such as your username, current email address, browser type/version, error messages/screenshots, and the time/date when the issue occurred [1].

@Vachan C Rannore -

The DC answer is right. You may log in at login.intersystems.com and go to Options > Change Email.

You will need to input a code to verify your new email and a notification gets sent to the old email.

@Developer Community Admin

I am facing the same issue as well, even though I do not have any other account associated with the new email, the system does not allow me to change the email.
