Hi Adrian,
Multi factor authentication can be enabled if you use single sign on or LDAP in TrakCare and your auth provider supports it. Please contact TRC for details.

We have tried raising this to our local TRC in Australia before, but they have informed us that it is not possible. This is why I have reached out to the global community. Do you have any more detail that you could perhaps share that I could forward to our local support?
