Upgrade Iris for Health to 2021.1.2 checklist
If anyone has a custom checklist of tasks that must absolutely be done when doing this upgrade to make sure everything is included and nothing is lost or destroyed, we would greatly appreciate it? We have the generic checklist provided on the support websites but we run custom build classes, ftp, tcp-ip, batch, etc.

It very depends from what version/release you are upgrading from.

This is an old thread, but it's high on the search results for "upgrade." A solution to this now exists, in the InterSystems Upgrade Impact Checklist. Simply select the product, current version, target version, and relevant features to your installation, and a custom checklist specific to your installation is generated.
An example of this from the original question can be seen here, assuming the source version is 2021.1.0.
