XDSb Provide and Register Passthrough

I want Healthconnect to be the middle man between my client and my respository vendor. I've setup

HS.IHE.XDSb.RepositoryServices > HS.IHE.XDSb.Respository.Process>HS.IHE.XDSb.DocumentSource.Operations

Is this the correct approach?
