The InterSystems Change Control Record (CCR) application is used to help manage changes to deployed applications, both within InterSystems as well as at healthcare end-user sites (i.e. TrakCare and HealthShare customers). It is a tool that helps to document changes, enforce best practice workflow, and automate source control integration and change promotion between different environments.
The CCR tag on the InterSystems Developer Community is intended to allow CCR users around the world to connect with each other to ask how-to questions, share best practices, and engage with InterSystems developers who maintain the application and tools. NOTE - usage of CCR is limited to sites implemented by or hosted by InterSystems (it is not available to all customers of InterSystems products).
When posting a CCR related Question or Article to the Developer Community, please select the Group based on your product (HealthShare or TrakCare) and then select "CCR" as one of the tags.

Hundreds of users at TrakCare and HealthShare sites around the world rely on the InterSystems CCR Application (Change Control Record) to track their changes and deploy their configuration. InterSystems is excited to announce that following the launch of the Angular-based Documentation and FAQs this summer, the CCR application is now ready to accept beta testers to try out further expansion of the Angular UIs.
Users at CCR-controlled sites who wish to participate in the beta testing of the new UI can "opt-in" using the following steps:
As of today, the Angular CCR Group Details page is now live for CCR UI Beta Testers. Beta testers will be directed to the Angular Group Details page upon any navigation which would have previously taken one to the CSP page. No existing functionality will be lost between the two pages.
As of today, the Angular Clone CCR page is now live for CCR Beta Users. Beta testers will be sent to the Angular clone page from anywhere you would normally clone a CCR. No existing functionality will be lost.

I am very pleased to announce that tomorrow (Dec 3) at 9 AM Cambridge time we plan to enable the new CCR UI for all users. No downtime should be required for the go-live. Existing beta testers will not see any change, but for non-beta testers the new Frost-based Angular UI will replace the legacy CSP-based application for the home page, navigation, System Details, and several other parts of the application.
Earlier this year, we launched a beta program for the new CCR Angular UI. As almost all of the known issues and gaps have been addressed, we are getting ready to launch the new angular UI for all users.
Anyone using CCR is strongly encouraged to enable the beta flag on their account and confirm that the new pages work as required in order to prevent surprises at cut-over time. At this point, cut-over will tentatively be late-November.
Please check it out and provide feedback (good or bad) on your experiences!
How can I deploy an itemset to a newly created namespace when the item is already in LIVE status? I tried to just hit deploy in the itemset and I got an error, not sure if there is an error on my configuration or if it is something else?
