The OpenAPI Specification (OAS) defines a standard, language-agnostic interface to HTTP APIs which allows both humans and computers to discover and understand the capabilities of the service without access to source code, documentation, or through network traffic inspection. When properly defined, a consumer can understand and interact with the remote service with a minimal amount of implementation logic. While for SOAP based APIs there is a special wizard in InterSystems IRIS that cuts down orchestrations development time, not all APIs used in integrations are SOAP. That's why @Jaime Lerga

We know how frustrating it can be to receive a lot of emails (and we definitely don't want to add to your load), so here is how you can set up email notifications for the InterSystems Ideas portal.

By default, all registered users are subscribed to all categories of ideas. To change this, just enter your Ideas Portal profile, select "Edit Profile," then click inside the item "Weekly summary email," click on "Categories to highlight" and choose what you're interested in.

With InterSystems IRIS Cloud SQL recently becoming Generally Available, some of you may have had a chance to try it out. Or maybe you used it for your contest entry or during the EAP period. We're curious to learn what YOU think of it. So, have you already tried the new service InterSystems IRIS Cloud SQL? 

We have launched a new Ideas Portal category dedicated to this database-as-a-service (DBaaS) where we're looking for your ideas on how we can improve InterSystems IRIS Cloud SQL.

There is a free ObjectScriptQuality tool for ObjectScript developers who upload solutions on GitHub. This tool helps developers validate ObjectScript code using a variety of rules, based on common code errors.

There are currently 16 rules in this tool, but there are definitely many more rules to consider when testing ObjectScript code.
