Been testing out the Production Validator toolkit, just to see what we can/not do with it. Seems really interesting and there seem to be some use cases for it that can really streamline some upgrades (or at least parts of upgrades) but I was running into so many hurdles with the documentation. I am curious if anyone else has used it.
Did you experience any issues getting it working? Any clarification that you would have liked in the documentation? any use cases that you worked through that made it particularly valuable? etc?
The hurdles I experienced included:
I'm working on some code that would benefit from being able to see whether or not a project file has been saved in Studio.
I can see when I make changes, that the project name has an asterisk added to it:.png)
I have a large tree outside my window. Here in Phoenix, Arizona, USA it's still warm and sunny so our plants are still covered in lush foliage despite so many other places in the full throws of Autumn. My desk is oriented such that I can look out at the tree throughout the day. Part of the reason I like having my desk facing the tree is because I need the break from staring at the computer screens but the other reason is because I need reminders from nature from time to time.
Today I'm reminded of two things:
I was reading this article and I started to get lost in the sauce since I'm new to CCDA. I was wondering if you all had some recommendations for digging into some of the basics needed in order to assimilate this? For instance where it says "Some of the built-in logic for handling CCDAs is controlled by the IHE header....There is little visibility into this process in the product documentation." Are there examples or places where you have been able to find some insight into this sort of thing or maybe this is something that comes with experience?
I've been preparing to take the InterSystems HL7 Interface Specialist certificate and on the page that explains the cert it lists one in-person class and one online course. I've been through the suggested online course but when I read through the practice questions there are a lot of things that aren't covered or mentioned in that course. Naturally I could go digging through the documentation but there is no specific guidance about what things to study.I was just wondering if there is a better organized collection of study materials for cert prep. Is there an outline of topics to be

As the health interoperability landscape expands to include data exchange across on-premise as well as hosted solutions, we are seeing an increased need to integrate with services such as cloud storage. One of the most prolifically used and well supported tools is the NoSQL database DynamoDB (Dynamo), provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
